Hot Yoga is simply yoga but in a heated room. This helps reduce stress reduction, increase blood circulation which stimulates the heart to strengthen its contractions. As a result, the heart pumps efficiently thereby lowering blood pressure. Hot Yoga also improves flexibility and strength.

DO NOT do Hot Yoga if you are pregnant

ALWAYS bring plenty of water (water fountain available as well as bottled water £1)

£1 to hire yoga mat if you do not have your own.
