Spin: Indoor cycling class to raise the heart rate and burn calories

Begin to Spin: A class for people that have been apprehensive at trying a spin class before, nice and gentle with guidance on how to properly set up the bike

Abs Blast: Core strengthening class with added pulse raiser

Beat-Box: Boxing to the beat of the music to ensure coordination and strength is both worked

Power Workout: 4 rounds of strength work with some added cardio and a few lovely surprises thrown in! Using a barbell and dumbbells, this is a tough but enjoyable workout

MetaPWR: Circuit class which hits different areas of your body from cardio styled exercises to building strength

Aerostep & Sculpt: Step aerobic class / dance cardio

Barbell Beauties: A no cardio zone! We use barbells and dumbbells to sculpt and tone the body, a full body workout without any jumping.

Hot Yoga: Yoga in heat to help relax those muscles

Box Fit: Half hour classes hitting pads with a partner (no need to bring a partner)

Burn: A high intensity interval training class with a difference! Set in a heated room with disco lights and pumping tunes, this class is not for the feint hearted!!

Kettlebell HIIT: High Intensity Interval Kettlebell Training

Tae Bo: An excellent cardiovascular workout. The workout uses a variety combinations of punches, kicks and strikes. Because of the movements it involves, Tae Bo is effective in toning and defining the body's musculature. It can also improve one's balance, flexibility, coordination, and flexibility. An hour-long Tae Bo workout will burn up to and above of 500 calories.

ABSolute Core: A workout just for your midsection working those all-important ‘core’ muscles that do a great job of holding us up. They’re at the base of every movement and exercise we do so why shouldn’t they have a class of their own! Incorporating with the use of the Fit Ball, this class focuses on balance, co-ordination and strengthening the abdominal muscles. It’s also low impact but don’t be fooled you will work hard.

LBT: Legs bums and tums, a mixture of strength & cardio focusing on those problem areas.

Tone Zone: Hitting all areas of the body focusing on building muscle to tone the body

Strength & Tone: Lifting to create a strong body whilst being lean and toned

HIIT Fit: High intensity interval training, short bursts of exercise to get the heart rate pumping! Maximum reward in the minimum time!

Metafit: Formed by a former Royal Marine. Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire. Powerful & functional bodyweight exercises, done flat out! The original non choreographed group HIIT workout. Metafit works! It’s tough, but it’s meant to be.

Boxing Yoga: Yoga designed to help recover the body, increase flexibility, core strength and relaxing.

Penalty Box: The Penalty Box® is a complete body workout program specifically designed to burn fat. The workouts burn more calories during a short time compared to traditional low impact training. Since The Penalty Box Fitness incorporates HIIT, it has a post exercise EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) meaning the body will continue to burn calories AFTER the workout. With Penalty Box® everyone is working at their own skill level. It can be the hardest or easiest workout in the world, depending on YOU.

Fitness Pilates: A group exercise class that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilate’s technique and exercises Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances, improve posture, movement quality, mobility, flexibility, mental cognition, core strength, form and function in a non-intimidating, highly accessible and enjoyable way. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

H.CORE2.0: (this is usually added on to the end of Tae Bo on Thursday evenings) Using a variety of different formats, this programme is not for the faint hearted. Those of you who have attended will be familiar with the prism workout, I45 and EMOM. H.Core 2.0 is a newly updated version of the original concept. Kettlercise drills using two bells, single bell and body weight workouts. It fits perfectly at the end of our Tae Bo session.

Stretch and Flex: Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.  We will teach you different types of muscles for different body areas.

TRX: The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick.  TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
